Advanced Healthcare Associates provides a clinical team for questions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With this level of coverage, our patients receive unparalleled service that streamlines communication between providers and the nursing facilities. This allows clear communication about the treatment and care plan for the patient. By serving as liaison between facility nursing staff and our providers, our call center allows AHA to provide continuous care for patients while away from the facility.

Our call center receives an average of 1,000 calls per day and is staffed by nurses with excellent customer service and communication skills. Our team works quickly and efficiently and demonstrates accuracy when entering information into the system to be relayed to our team of providers.
