Our office team is comprised of several positions maintained by professional and caring individuals. From coordinating billing to human resources to answering the phones, they help keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Our Accounts Receivable department includes specialists responsible for entering patient information, processing reports, handling phone and e-mail inquiries, and working with patients and families to receive payments for services.
Our Business Development department works with partners in the community to establish and maintain relationships that will benefit our employees and patients.
Our Human Resources department makes sure AHA is current and in compliance with employee relations.
Working closely with our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and call center staff, our office is able to provide the best care possible to our patients and families.
We believe all members of the AHA team play an important role in the patient experience and it takes the right people to help make that happen. We always accept resumes for review of potential candidates and welcome you to submit your resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
